New Pets:
We welcome new clients and love when our family grows! On your first visit, the veterinarian will perform a thorough physical exam and discuss the ideal plan for you and your pet. If you would like to fill out the new patient forms ahead of time, please click here to download.
Surgery Patients:
If your animal is having surgery, please take away all food by midnight the night before the procedure (it is ok to leave them with water). Most surgery patients will go home on the same day as the procedure because we are not staffed overnight and we want them to be with people to recover. In some circumstances we will recommend a transfer to an emergency clinic for continued veterinary care. Although anesthesia carries some risk, we do everything in our power to minimize this risk. This includes pre-operative bloodwork, a complete physical exam on the morning if surgery, and rigorous monitoring of blood pressure, EKG, and vital signs during surgery. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss these issues. If you would like to fill out the required pre-surgical forms ahead of time, please click here to download.
Routine Appointments:
We are ready to help you ensure your pet is healthy by doing semi-annual physical exams and ensuring that all vaccinations are current. We will also discuss year-round parasite protection and any necessary testing. We do ask that you fill out a consent form at every visit, please click here to download this form and fill it out ahead of time.
Sick patients/Emergencies:
During regular business hours, we are here to help and will do everything in our power to accommodate your pet. There may be rare times when we will need to refer you to a specialty hospital or local emergency clinic for continued care. If your pet is sick, please call to let us know and we will advise you on the best option for your pet.
Payment:
Payment is due at time of service. We currently accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit cards. We do not accept checks. We offer financing through a separate company called Care Credit. Please click here to visit their website and learn more about this option.
